ANYWAY FOR NOW IT'S NOT CONVENIENT FOR THEM TO ENSURE THE CITY,

BECAUSE:

FIRST: It's not convenient for them to make the people secure because it doesen't have case for them. Because THEY FEEL SECURE IN UNDERGROUND BASES AND THEY HAVE THEIR OWN HOUSES DOWN THERE.

AND THEY FEEL SECURE MAINLY AT NIGHT. THAT'S WHY POPULATION HAVE NEVER INTERESTED TO ALL GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD.

SECOND: Because the people have never interested to them only for black and bad purposes, remember they just follow the biggest lamb (USA) to impose the MARTIAL LAWing the population. And Mexico is full of policemen and soldiers in all the different provinces to begin the militarization and SUBMISSION project.

But this is only for people to think in a greater security, but the purpose is OTHER and completely different (martial law, subjugation and slavery before 2012, and for his black NWO). So you should not let them send thousands and thousands of soldiers like in Mexico, like they are doing now in Morelia and many other places of Mexico.

So all the political parties the biggest delinquents or presidents are responsible of all this things and crimes. That's why they still hide all this.

WE ALL KNOW THAT WHEN MEMBERS AT THE CONGRESS UNION APPROVE SOMETHING IT'S BECAUSE THEY GET MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THEIR PRESIDENT ORDER, AFTER THEY GET THE MILLIONS THEY APROVE IT AND MAKE THE NEW LAW EVEN IF THIS IS HARMFUL TO OUR COUNTRY.

OTHERWISE THEY REJECT ANY OTHER PROJECT JUST AS WE DID WITH OUR INSECURITY PROJECT WRITTEN IN OUR CUSCO BOOK.

THIS IS THE GAME OF AL MEMBERS AND PARTIES IN THE CONGRESS UNION, SENATORS, etc.

The Cusco project we gave them which have always hidden so far, it's because of their black interests to avoid the shame and the people know that only one woman found this insecurity solution to what hundreds of thousands of useless politicians NEVER SOLVED.
